Stella's expansive local and regional networks along with a strong online media presence allow her to offer broad exposure to client's listings. By using a variety of technologic resources, Stella tailors her marketing approach to fit the needs of each of her clients and their properties. When setting a listing or offer price Stella analyzes and interprets data using a variety of valuation methods to effectively establish the best pricing strategy for her clients. The combination of these skills, along with a team of highly skilled professionals and artisans are what makes Stella and her team stand out against the competition.

In 2005, Stella founded her own Real Estate Investment Company. Her experience in this sector has allowed her to gain both personal and professional experience within a variety of real estate investment markets. Stella frequently works with clients looking for opportunities in multifamily, mixed use investments, development and 1031 exchange investments.

Stella enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their two boys. She volunteers for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Operation Gratitude. She has also served as a Board Member for her Church's PTA organization and volunteers as a Class Mom at her children's school.

  At a young age, I shadowed my father who was immersed in the world of real estate, both commercial and residential, which sparked an interest in me. After graduating with a business degree from St. Thomas Aquinas, I decided to work alongside my family. Managing a family-owned business for the last 20 years, I've developed a strong work ethic, good communication skills and forged lasting relationships with clients and companies. I value the connections I make–both professionally and personally. 

  I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends and home improvement projects. My wife, two children and I enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring new places and movie nights at home.
